Well fellow genealogist. Are you looking for a way to preserve the memories of your ancestors, but don't know where to start? I'm teaching a class in June at the North Idaho College, in Post Falls, ID. The classes will be June 6-June 20 on Wednesdays from 6:30-8:30 PM. I will be teaching about photo restorations, photo preservation, digital scrapbooking and storybooking. Come join me. The class is only $31.
Also I will be hold smaller, more basic classes on the digital scrapbooking and storybooking in my home later, but the office still isn't done.
In the future I am looking into teaching the digital storybooking online later on, so those of you who don't live near by here can still benifit from my classes.
Maybe I will see you in one of my classes!
My interest in genealogy started when I was a child. My dad's mom use to tell me that the family history book had been burned in a fire, but she knew we were related to Daniel Boone. I never forgot that, nor have I ever found the connection haha. Along with doing genealogy I spend a lot of my time doing photo restorations, namely for victims of Sandy through Care for Sandy, and also of family photos that I add to the books I write on our family history.
